We apologize for any confusion! We are a retail company and we do not house pets for adoption. To provide clarification: when you shop on our website, we make a donation through each purchased item towards one of a variety of give-back programs. Our flagship give-back program provides meals to shelter animals through our partnership with Rescue Bank and GreaterGood.org. 

If you are interested in adopting a shelter animal, I recommend doing a quick google search for local shelters/rescues in your area. You can also check out the list of shelters we donate to - possibly, one is near you and you can check into their adoption process :)
