How can I update payment for my autoship order?Updated 2 months ago

To update payment for your autoship order, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into your account at https://iheartcats.com/my-account/ 
  2. On the side menu, click Payment methods.
  3. Delete the outdated card from your account. 
  4. Then, add a valid credit/debit card to your account. 
  5. IMPORTANT: Once your new credit/debit card is added, click the rotating arrow icon to apply the new payment method to your scheduled order(s).

Please note: if your schedule has been recently paused due to a payment failure, you will need to reactivate your schedule under My Account > Scheduled orders.
